The Dr. Rafael A Peñalver Clinic celebrates its 19th Anniversary serving the Miami Dade County community.
During the event, we honored the founder of the Clinic, Hon. Luis C. Morse, amount the attendees were:
Mayor Tomas Regalado from City of Miami, Commissioner Barreiro from District 5 of Miami Dade County,
Dr. Rivera, Administrator of FDHMDC, Mrs. Natacha Seijas, Chair of the Board of trustees and former
Miami Dade County commissioner, Mr. Carlos Migoya, CEO of the JHS. Press and people from the community
as well as friends from the Clinic that collaborated in various steps of the process and growths of
the center from its foundation in 1996 to present time.
